Human Difference Educational Equity Job Summary :

This is a part time position for a 1 year leave. Teaching Social Studies classes you are assigned Attend department and full faculty meetings Participate in Teachers Mentoring Teachers, our induction program for new faculty Communicate with families of students Attend IEP meetings and provide feedback to support staff about student progress Work collaboratively with colleagues on building and sustaining the team curriculum for whatever classes are assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Mass. DESE certification in 9-12 History, Social Studies, or Political Philosophy SEI endorsement Belief in our mission and core values

Preferred Qualifications :

Two years teaching experience Masters Degree Brookline High School is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute through their teaching to the diversity and excellence of the Public Schools of Brookline community.
