Job Description:
Elementary Teachers (Grades 2-4) Oak Hill Academy, an independent Pre-K through 8th grade school located on a 20-acre campus in Lincroft, NJ, is seeking motivated and nurturing educators to teach in our 2nd through 4th grade classrooms. These positions require teachers who can support students during critical foundational years in their academic and social development. Responsibilities include delivering instruction across core subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, and social studies, while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Successful candidates will create structured yet engaging classroom environments that balance academic rigor with creativity and student-centered learning.
