JOB DESCRIPTION
- RESIDENTIAL ADJUNCT The Adjunct Instructor position will teach applied voice to undergraduate majors and non-majors. DUTIES Teach applied voice to undergraduate majors and non-majors Perform in solo and/or joint faculty recitals Attend instrumental juries for your student at the end of each semester Actively recruit and serve as a clinician in local and regional high schools and music events Attend department meetings as needed Attend vocal convocation and juries for applied voice students at the end of each semester
REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in Music with extensive experience as a performer and educator required Open to any voice type Proven track record of teaching at the collegiate level Strong understanding of vocal pedagogy Demonstrates competency at the piano
