Part Time History Teacher KOR Education School College Station, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract From $10,000 a year 11 hours ago Full Job Description Starting in August and ending in May, classes are held Monday through Thursday for a span of 35 weeks, with scheduled breaks during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break. The teaching commitment involves instructing two classes, twice a day, totaling 3 hours. The position is 2 European History classes, but1 prep. The courses explore geography, philosophical ideas, and delve into cultural aspects, and understanding social structures. By immersing themselves in these topics, students gain insights into the people and events and draw valuable lessons that remain applicable in today's world. Curriculum and lesson plans provided. European History is 2 sections (1 hour each) Monday - Thursday. Additional compensation if you have an Art History back ground for this time period. It would include 18 Friday classes.
