Job Description
Millbrook School seeks a Spanish teacher, capable of teaching all levels of high school Spanish, to join a vibrant World Language Department at the School beginning in the 2026-27 academic year. The Spanish program promotes student language proficiency through a curriculum that emphasizes authentic languages starting at the novice level, and the school is eager for a collaborative colleague who will embrace its strengths and further its development. Interest in 21st-century pedagogy, integrated performance assessment, and continued professional growth are essential. We seek educators who value creating inclusive classrooms and curriculum. Prior teaching experience is preferred. In addition to teaching four sections, this position includes coaching or supervising an afternoon program for two out of three seasons and serving as an advisor for up to six students. The primary goal of a teaching faculty member is to ensure that each student reaches their full potential . Housing may be provided and would entail residential life duties.
