0 Months Job Description Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time, temporary adjunct faculty position in Spanish. This position reports directly to the Department Head and is filled on an "as-needed" basis through a continuous vacancy announcement. All applications are kept on file and applicants will be notified when courses become available. Work may be performed online or in an office/classroom environment involving significant public interaction, whether in person, by telephone, via email, or through various communication platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Teach assigned classes Support curriculum integrity in collaboration with the Department Head Follow the official Redlands Community College course calendar, including holiday breaks and designated start/end times Assess and encourage student achievement per student learning objectives Interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students, both individually and in groups Promote the mission of the Department, as well as the College as a whole
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Spanish or a master's degree in a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Spanish or a comparable discipline is required Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with clear, grammatically correct English Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), email, and internet use Oklahoma residency is required
