This position is a one-year appointment with possibility for renewal and includes the option for a remote point of duty. Organization Texas Tech University Faculty Qualifications Specific required qualifications are: MA in Spanish Literature and Culture, MA in Hispanic Linguistics, or MA in Foreign Language Teaching;
Minimum two years of teaching Spanish. Graduate teaching as instructor of record may count towards this requirement.
Must have a demonstrated record and strong commitment to teaching excellence.
Evidence of leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the required qualifications, individuals with the following preferred qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply: Demonstrated success in project collaboration.
Experience and success in online teaching.
Experience as a dedicated mentor.
Experience in curriculum design and program innovation.
