Troy - T01 Job Summary The Lecturer of Business Law position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law, Employment Law, and/or Business Communication; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; advising students; and providing service to the School, College, University, and community. Depending on expertise and experience, additional responsibilities may include conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations. Minimum Qualifications J.D. from an ABA accredited law school. Preferred Qualifications Having all or combination of relevant professional experience, peer-reviewed research, and effective teaching to compliment academic credentials Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
