May assist or lead in the creation of the curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field. In some cases, law professors will perform legal services.

Course:

Practice of Law This course focuses on three major areas of success required to become a successful legal practitioner: legal reasoning and analysis, practical legal research and writing, and "soft" skills of the legal profession such as the ability to gather information from persons and to communicate with persons in the legal arena.

Teaching Experience Required PhD in Government OR Political Science OR Politics OR Philosophy
