Job Summary Most Sacred Heart Catholic Church & School is seeking a Part-Time Librarian (one day per week). This role supports the academic and spiritual mission of the school by managing library resources and fostering a love of reading,Job Responsibilities Library Management Organize, catalog, and maintain a collection of printed materials appropriate for students Manage and maintain library system and resources Assist with selection and ordering of materials within budget guidelines Maintain a welcoming, safe, and engaging library environment Instructional Support Support students in selecting appropriate and engaging reading materials Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum through literature and library resources Student Engagement Foster a love of reading and lifelong learning Encourage student curiosity through books Reading to children Job Requirements Experience working with children in a school or educational setting Familiarity with library systems and checkout Strong organizational, communication, and basic technology skills Practicing Catholic or willing to support and uphold the Catholic mission The Archdiocese of St. Louis Catholic Education and Formation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
