Job Description

We currently have an open, 20-hour Library Assistant position based in youth services, but serving all ages at various reference desks. This list will be good for a year with the potential for other openings to become available. Library Assistants usually work four five-hour shifts per week including about 16 hours of reference desk time, depending on whether or not there is a program that week. Under direction, to perform para-professional work in the Library Department; and perform related work as required.
