Job Description

The Boost Program is seeking a reliable adult to provide in person academic accountability support for a 15 year old student in a local library study area (New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mammaroneck, Harrison, Rye, Port Chester, Greenwich, CT or Old Greenwich, CT).
Role:
~Sit with student during scheduled study sessions (Monday - Friday 9am-4pm) ~Ensure student remains on task and completes assigned coursework ~ Monitor screen use (school websites only) ~ Provide calm steady structure and firm accountability
Requirements:
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable setting clear boundaries with teenagers
  • Calm, steady and authoritative presence
  • Available consistently during the weekday hours
  • Experienced working with teens preferred Join us in supporting teens.
This role offers a library environment in either New Rochelle Library, Larchmont Library, Mammroneck Library, Harrison Library, Rye Library, Port Chester Library, Greenwich Library or Old Greenwich Library where you can utilize your communication and organizational skills to make a lasting difference in students' lives while enjoying the enivronment and offerings of the library.
Pay:
$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
