ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
LIBRARYMEDIA SERVICES
In the area of Administration, Management, and Supervision , the library media specialist shall: 1. Adopt a media philosophy. 2. Formulate long- and short-range goals and propose implementation and evaluation to achieve them.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT A
library media specialist is employed on a 197-day contract. Compensation is prorated past 187 days according to the teacher salary schedule as established annually by the Board of Education. Employee benefits are as provided for full time employees.EVALUATION
Performance of this position will be evaluated by the building administrator according to board policies and the WarrensburgR-VI School District adopted model of Performance Based Librarian Evaluation.APPLICATION PROCEDURES
