QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid NJDOE School Library Media Certificate or equivalent NJDOE Instructional/Educational Services certification in the subject area 2. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods. 4. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment. 5. Effective problem-solving and communication skills. 6. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status. 7. Must meet NJ Residency requirements as per the New Jersey First Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L.2011, Chapter 70).

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Terms of tenure track positions per collective bargaining agreement.
Starting salaries:
Step 1BA - $ 73,699 and Step 1MA - $81,804 The employee is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick and personal leave accruals (pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement), and enrollment in the New Jersey Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) or the Public Employees' Retirement System. The position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of stipends or tuition reimbursement based on district policy.
