Q.B. Boydstun Library - Fort Gibson The Q.B. Boydstun Fort Gibson Library is seeking a qualified, energetic, and creative individual to join our team and support public services, outreach, and youth programming. This position plays an essential role in providing exceptional customer service, strengthening community engagement, and contributing to the smooth and welcoming operation of the library each day.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or two years of college Two years of related library experience Demonstrated proficiency with computers and social networking platforms Experience speaking and presenting to the public

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to local communities and represent the library at community events. Assist in planning and delivering adult and youth programs Provide customer services at public service points, including circulation functions Issue and renew library cards; update and maintain patron records Assist with the management of the meeting room calendar and communicate applicable policies to patrons Collect payments, operate the cash register, and reconcile daily transactions Perform additional duties as assigned Click here for full job description
