Reports To Library Information Specialist Education/Qualifications Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college Sheridan College Student currently enrolled Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service skills Proficiency with computer and technology: MS Office, Canvas Ability to be self-motivated and prioritize work duties and responsibilities Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Work area is inside in a public service area Able to bend low, reach overhead, and lift up to 35 pounds About Northern Wyoming Community College District Experience Special Instructions to Applicants Job Duties These are the job duties for required of the position. Percentage of time 100% Responsibility/Duty Staff the circulation desk in the library. This includes some evening and weekend hours. Shelve returned and used items. Help library patrons locate items in the library collection. Assist library patrons with basic technology and equipment use. Assist with programming and outreach activities. Provide customer service to students, faculty, and the community. Other duties as assigned.
