Reports To Library Information Specialist Education/Qualifications

• Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
• Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
• Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with computer and technology: MS Office, Canvas
• Ability to be self-motivated and prioritize work duties and responsibilities Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
• Work area is inside in a public service area

• Staff the circulation desk in the library. This includes some evening and weekend hours.
• Shelve returned and used items.
• Help library patrons locate items in the library collection.
• Assist library patrons with basic technology and equipment use.
• Assist with programming and outreach activities.
• Provide customer service to students, faculty, and the community.
