5th Grade Math Teacher LISA Academy WEST Elementary Are you looking for a school environment where you can grow, lead, and make a real impact on students? LISA Academy WEST Elementary is seeking a passionate, energetic, and student-centered 5th Grade Math Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year! At WEST Elementary, we believe in high expectations, strong relationships, teamwork, and building future leaders. We are looking for educators who are willing to grow professionally, collaborate with teams, and help students achieve academic success. ??
What You Will Do:
Teach 5th Grade Math using engaging, standards-based instruction Prepare students for academic success and state assessments Use data to drive instruction and close learning gaps Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth Communicate regularly with parents and families Implement intervention and enrichment strategies for all learners Support schoolwide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives Build strong student relationships while maintaining high expectations ??
