Third Grade Teacher

Ridgeline Academy is actively searching for innovative and forwarding-thinking third grade educator to join us on our mission's journey of knowing and growing each child, every day. The ideal candidate will preferably hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a field that benefits education as well as hold a valid teaching certificate and valid fingerprint clearance card. The duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Empowering all students to believe that they can accomplish their goals and to be a good citizen;
• Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where all students are willing to take chances;
• Working collaboratively with the grade level team to guide all students towards academic success regardless of the student's academic level;
• Support small group learning through data analysis.
