Requirements Personal faith in Jesus Christ and support of the school's mission and values. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate. Current TB clearance and ability to pass a background check. Strong collaborative skills, enthusiasm, and a love for teaching. Ability to work effectively with other middle school faculty members. Effective classroom management skills. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as needed. Desire to build positive and supportive relationships with students on a daily basis
