SAT Math Teacher Job Summary LETA Education is seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and reliable SAT Math Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mathematics and is confident teaching high school students preparing for the Digital SAT. The instructor will help students strengthen core math concepts, develop effective problem-solving strategies, improve accuracy and time management, and build confidence for the SAT. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with motivated students in a small-group and/or private tutoring environment. Responsibilities Provide engaging and effective SAT Math instruction to high school students Teach key SAT Math topics including Algebra, Advanced Math, Problem-Solving and Data Analysis, and Geometry & Trigonometry Teach SAT-specific problem-solving, test-taking, and time-management strategies Identify individual student strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted instruction Review practice tests and student errors to help students understand and correct recurring mistakes Prepare or adapt lesson materials, practice problems, and assignments based on student needs Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence Communicate professionally with LETA Education staff regarding student progress and instructional needs Qualifications Strong knowledge of high school mathematics and SAT Math concepts Previous experience teaching or tutoring middle or high school students SAT Math tutoring or test-preparation experience strongly preferred Ability to explain challenging mathematical concepts clearly and efficiently Strong communication and classroom management skills Comfortable working with both small groups and individual students Reliable, organized, patient, and professional Experience with the Digital SAT and Bluebook-style questions is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program is preferred Preferred Experience Previous experience with SAT/ACT preparation, private tutoring, learning centers, or high school mathematics instruction is highly desirable.
