- Passion for math and working with students
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- High School Diploma preferred All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Job Responsibilities:
- Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Follow-up with parents and guardians regarding students' learning progress and engagement
- Become proficient with Mathnasium educational materials, systems, and processes
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and professional learning environment
- Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling assigned duties and obligations
- Be honest and ethical in interactions with all customers
- Instructors are expected to work at least 3 days per week aligned with instructional hours
