This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives while developing your teaching and leadership skills. You will support students in mastering fundamental math and reading skills, fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning in a positive, nurturing environment. Responsibilities Deliver individualized math and reading instruction tailored to each student's needs and learning pace Assist students with homework assignments and reinforce concepts introduced during lessons Monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback to parents and center management Maintain a structured, encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and confidence Support the daily operations of the center, including organizing materials and managing student attendance Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievements, challenges, and progress updates Collaborate with team members to develop engaging lesson plans and educational activities Uphold all safety protocols and center policies to ensure a secure learning environment Requirements Strong interest in math education, tutoring, or child development with a passion for helping students succeed Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and team members Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward working with diverse learners Ability to follow structured lesson plans while adapting to individual student needs Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining consistent student support Must be able to stand for extended periods during lessons and perform light administrative tasks This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a supportive learning community while gaining valuable educational experience.
