Salary:
$30.18/hour for professional learning and training $42.65/hour during program hours
Delaware Certified Teachers Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide targeted, standards-aligned instruction that supports IEP goals and addresses identified skill gaps. Break learning into manageable, bite-sized steps to reduce cognitive load and increase student success. Use evidence-based strategies, scaffolds, and accommodations to ensure access for all learners. Incorporate multisensory, hands-on, and language-rich activities to support diverse learning needs. Differentiate tasks, materials, and pacing based on student readiness and IEP requirements. Support students in study skills, goal setting, and academic success strategies Reinforce school expectations and positive decision-making Develop student leadership, responsibility, and interpersonal skills Minimum Qualifications Delaware teaching certification (Bachelor's degree or higher). Experience tutoring or working with appropriate grade level. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students and foster inclusive, engaging learning environments.
