Overview Join our early childhood education team as an Early Learning Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture young minds and support their developmental journey We are looking for motivated people to assist young students learn to read and gain a foundational understanding of math concepts. Your energy and commitment will directly impact children's early learning experiences, setting the foundation for future success. Responsibilities Work and assist students completing their reading/ math classwork. Assist students by reviewing concepts learned through our program by completing review activities after their assignments. Grade students work and assist them with their corrections if needed. Give feedback to the instructor of the children's progression. Communicate effectively with children and team members to support ongoing learning goals and progress. Requirements Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare settings Willingness to learn and understand the Kumon method and how we teach foundational concepts Familiarity with technology Experience tutoring or teaching reading or math Ability to adapt instructional methods based on individual learning styles and needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, Proactive approach to supporting young learners' growth

From $14.00 per hour
