We are seeking an exceptional educator who understands how children learn mathematics developmentally and can create rich learning experiences that move students from concrete understanding to abstract reasoning with confidence and clarity. Position Overview The Primary Math Specialist will design and facilitate high-quality mathematics instruction for elementary learners through personalized, mastery-based learning experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of mathematical progressions, conceptual development, and evidence-based instructional practices that support diverse learners. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in utilizing manipulatives, visual models, mathematical discourse, inquiry-based exploration, and real-world application to build deep mathematical comprehension.
