This role involves delivering engaging lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love for learning mathematics. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs, and support students' academic growth in accordance with curriculum standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative instructional methods and learning technology tools. Teach a variety of mathematical topics including arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra to middle school students. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized and small group support to students' unique learning needs and help them achieve their full potential. Skills Strong knowledge of mathematics including arithmetic, pre- algebra, algebra. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design tailored for middle school learners. Proficiency with learning tools to enhance classroom engagement. Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrative staff. Classroom management expertise to create a disciplined yet nurturing learning environment. Experience working with diverse student populations in private school settings or similar educational environments.
