Job Summary IMSA Teacher (Part-Time)

Schedule:

2 hours/day, 3 days/week The IMSA Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) framework. This role supports student learning through inquiry-based, hands-on lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement lessons aligned with IMSA curriculum and standards Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically challenging classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Monitor student progress and provide feedback Collaborate with staff and participate in program planning as needed

Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification (Illinois preferred) Strong background in math and/or science instruction Experience with inquiry-based or STEM-focused teaching preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills This is a part-time position ideal for educators seeking a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact on student learning.

Pay:

$360.00 per week
