- Monitor and document student academic growth using approved diagnostic and assessment tools, while maintaining accurate and timely grade records.
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes active student engagement, appropriate behavior, and academic success.
- Collaborate with exceptional education staff, school administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies that support student achievement and help students meet performance goals. - Hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Possess a valid Kentucky teaching certificate in secondary mathematics (typically grades 8-12 or high school level), or qualify through an approved alternative route to certification.
