Organization Details Organization Information The priority of the Mason County School District is improving student achievement. In order for students to achieve to their potential, they must be able to read effectively. Title I funds are used to provide additional reading instruction for students. A partnership with the Tom Browning Boys and Girls Club also provides additional reading instruction. Another way to meet this goal is through improving our connections with students and parents. All students receive a home visit during the summer months by one or more teachers. This enables school personnel to establish a positive working relationship between the home and the school. With our commitment to literacy and making connections with students the district is confident all students will reach proficiency.
