MPS/UPS, dependent on experience Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Dorchester from September 2026. The school is looking for a motivated and committed teacher who can deliver high-quality Maths lessons and inspire students to develop their confidence and understanding of the subject. This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 Planning and delivering engaging lessons Supporting students with different abilities and learning needs Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations Tracking student progress and providing effective feedback Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment Working as part of a supportive and collaborative Maths department
The Ideal Candidate:
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification Strong Maths subject knowledge Experience teaching Maths at secondary level Good classroom management skills Enthusiastic and approachable teaching style Able to build positive relationships with students Committed to supporting students' academic progress and development Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
