  • Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead & Associate Teacher to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will Lead the class and/or support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role is essential in promoting literacy and math skills, as well as nurturing childhood development through engaging activities. The Associate Teacher will work closely with students, providing individualized support and encouragement to help them thrive academically and socially.
  • Responsibilities
  • lead and/or assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Support students in developing math and literacy skills through hands-on activities and targeted instruction.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and strategies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
  • Skills
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
  • Experience working with students in daycare or educational settings.
  • Proficiency in math and literacy education techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience providing individualized support to children.
  • Familiarity with private school environments is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
