- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead & Associate Teacher to join our educational team.
- Responsibilities
- lead and/or assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Support students in developing math and literacy skills through hands-on activities and targeted instruction.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual student needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student learning and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and strategies.
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Experience working with students in daycare or educational settings.
- Proficiency in math and literacy education techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience providing individualized support to children.
- Familiarity with private school environments is a plus.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
