Role:

Muneer Academy in Warren, MI is looking for a passionate and dedicated High School Math Teacher to inspire and educate students in grades 9-12. If you love mathematics and believe every student has the potential to succeed, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with state standards for grades 9-12 Teach a range of courses such as Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and/or Calculus Assess and monitor student progress through tests, quizzes, and formative assessments Provide tutoring, extra support, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support student achievement and school initiatives Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred) Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with a Mathematics endorsement Experience teaching high school math at the secondary level preferred Strong knowledge of high school math curriculum including Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, including special education and ESL students Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
