Job Description:

Role Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated K-2 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to early literacy, student growth, and creating a classroom environment where all children can thrive. Instruction using the Science of Reading is preferred. (This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time position) Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in reading, writing, and math Provide small-group and individualized instruction Monitor and assess student progress Create a positive classroom environment Communicate with parents and staff Support academic and character development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field Experience with K-2 students preferred Strong classroom management skills Passion for early literacy and math Ability to build relationships with students and families
