Porter Ridge Elementary (High-Needs School) Teacher Facilitator will play a key role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs. Teacher Facilitators will collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality education that meets the needs of our students and aligns with educational standards. Teacher Facilitator will facilitate the MTSS process, PLC process and co teach with teachers.
