JOB DESCRIPTION
Phillipsburg School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered ELA/Math Teacher to serve students in a classroom for students in grades 1-2. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of elementary literacy and mathematics instruction, the ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY
New Jersey Elementary Certification Reading Specialist Certification preferred Best practices in Math Instruction, Reading Instruction and Assessment Competence in knowledge/skills Student-Centered Focus Classroom management skills Required criminal history background check
