Job Description
Overview:
- We are seeking a passionate Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management, and curriculum development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Implement library services to promote literacy and research skills
- Employ effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Experience with Montessori or other alternative teaching methods is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and adapt curriculum to meet diverse student needs
- Passion for educating and nurturing young minds
