PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced After-School Teacher to join our team. This role combines both teaching responsibilities and daily operational management of the after-school program. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, highly organized, and capable of maintaining a structured, safe, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic support and enrichment to elementary school students (K-5) Plan and lead engaging educational and recreational activities Supervise daily program operations to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Teaching Certification (required) Prior experience teaching elementary school students (K-5) Must be able to work in person on Thursday, 3:00-6:00 PM Valid driver's license and ability to drive (school pick-up may be required) Strong classroom management and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for education and working with children Ability to multitask and handle both teaching and administrative responsibilities
