Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, qualified Math Educator committed to academic excellence and student development for our upper grade levels (5th-12th grade). The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons, possess strong classroom management skills, and embody our school's commitment to core Islamic values.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, student-centered Mathematics lesson plans tailored for upper grades.
- Build strong content understanding in core math concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and caring classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain high standards of academic excellence and effective classroom management.
- Integrate core values of faith, knowledge, and discipline into daily instruction.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff regarding student progress.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).Experience:
Teaching experience in upper grades (5th-12th grade).Certification:
Certification in Mathematics (New York State certification preferred).Skills:
Strong content knowledge, instructional abilities, and excellent classroom management.Values:
