St. Francis de Sales is a Roman Catholic, Salesian, grade 7-12 all-male college preparatory school, operated by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, serving over 650 students. The teacher must prepare lessons, input online grading, implement differentiated instruction in Math; while effectively assessing student learning and performance. Will be responsible for the order, attention and well- being of students in the classroom. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a background in math and having experience in education is preferred. All candidates must either hold a current Ohio teaching license or willingness to obtain the required teaching certification; must work collaboratively with the department chair and members of the Math department. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; sensitivity to and acceptance of diverse cultures and individuals. Candidates must successfully complete the Program for Child and Youth Protection and an FBI and BCI background check. Interested candidates please submit a cover letter and resume.
