Salaried Summary of Position:
This is a professional position included in, and subject to, the Agreement by and between the Chester County Intermediate Unit Education Association and the Chester County Intermediate Unit Board of School Directors . The math specialist will be responsible for developing and utilizing an individual math program to meet the needs of the particular non-public schools served. This program includes evaluation and instruction on the student level. Emphasis is placed on teacher-specialist discussions and conferences and parent-specialist involvement. Interaction and cooperation with other math program instructors is essential for the development of the CCIU non-public school math program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Valid PA Instructional Certification in 7-12 mathematics required Valid PA Instructional Certification in special education preferred Previous classroom experience teaching math preferred Current police, child abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances required (upon hire) Salary 2026-27
