Job Description

The Duquesne University Mathematics and Computer Science Department is seeking adjunct instructor(s) for the Fall 2023 semester to teach an introductory courses in calculus and/or statistics. Class size is approximately 30 students. Masters degree in mathematics or a related field. Prior experience teaching calculus and/or statistics or related courses. Alternately, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. Additionally, applicants must have demonstrated experience with, and understanding of, the broad diversity of the University community (students, faculty, staff and others).
