Immediately Job Description Block Island School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered 0.4 Math Interventionist to support students in grades K-12 through targeted math intervention and MTSS programming. The successful candidate will collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to provide research-based interventions, progress monitoring, and individualized support to help students strengthen foundational math skills and achieve academic success. Qualifications include:
  • Rhode Island certification appropriate to assignment preferred
  • Strong understanding of math intervention strategies and MTSS practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small K-12 school environment
  • Experience using student data to inform instruction preferred Position begins in the 2026-2027 school year.
