Primary Role:
Provide students with learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enhance student self-worth and equip them with the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to function in society.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.Valid Texas teaching certificate required.
Demonstrate competency in the core academic subject area assigned.

Essential Functions:

Work Environment:
This job operates in a school environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.
