$25,000.00-$36,742.00 POSITION SUMMARY The Learning Facilitator (Virtual Instruction) will play a critical role in supporting teachers, enhancing instructional practices, and promoting student success. Implement new exciting opportunities to collaborate with educators, provide instructional guidance, and contribute to the implementation of innovative teaching strategies within a supportive educational environment. The Learning Facilitator (Virtual Instruction) will supervise students, facilitate instruction, monitor assignments, and provide classroom support while a certified virtual teacher delivers instruction.
ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES
Prepare, organize and set-up the classrooms each period. Support teachers with timely transitions, i.e., start and stop and transition Support teacher with grading and organizing on a weekly basis make copies for the team of teachers assigned to them. Collaborate with virtual teacher to enhance instructional strategies, differentiation, and assessment practices. Support the implementation of curriculum plans aligned with state standards and district initiatives. Collaborate with virtual teacher to analyze student data and identify areas for instructional improvement. Collaborate with virtual teacher , instructional leaders, and support staff to align initiatives and support student success. Stay updated on the latest educational trends; research; and best practices.

Support virtual teacher in utilizing formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions. Foster a collaborative and supportive school culture by promoting open communication and teamwork. Participate in school-wide initiatives, committees, and professional learning communities. Support classroom management and substitute as needed Participate in PLC and work with school community to accomplish action plan Performs other job-related duties as assigned Education Minimum of an Associate's degree or 60 hours of transcript college credit from an accredited college or university.
