The successful candidate will demonstrate:

the ability to foster positive rapport with students, effective communication skills and a commitment to: the middle school philosophy, standards based curriculum and instruction, success for all learners, parent and community participation in school life and to personal growth and development. Applicants must be endorsed in two content areas or work under a provisional license with the intent of completing a second endorsement in two years.
