Job Description

Educational requirements:
Must have ONE of the following: Master's degree in Mathematics or Math Education, OR; Master's degree with at least 18 graduate level credits in Mathematics, Math Education, or a subfield- If teaching MATH 211, 231, 232, 233, or 234, must have a M.

Verifiable occupational work experience in a field other than education Experience in teaching and/or developing curriculum in a variety of classroom environments including in-person and online Demonstrated ability to develop and update curriculum Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (must be able to read, write and speak fluently in both languages) Must embrace and demonstrate Standards of Teaching Excellence and the MATC Career Essentials in development and delivery of instruction.Standards of Teaching Excellence:

This position supports the General Education Pathway and is available to start during the fall 2026 (August start) semester.Hours:
This position is full-time. Full-time faculty are assigned a minimum workload of 32 hours per week. Course load and schedule will depend on course availability. Work schedule could include in person, online, hybrid, daytime, evening, and weekend teaching assignments. Full-time faculty positions include in-person participation in teaching and non-teaching duties and assigned off-campus instruction (including but not limited to community education, workforce solutions, and dual enrollment) based upon College need. All work must be conducted in the state of Wisconsin.Instructional Modality:

This full-time faculty annual salary is determined based on the individual's education and years of relevant experience and is assigned to the appropriate salary class and step in accordance with the applicable salary schedule.
