• $15,104 (based on salary points 1-19).

Instructional Workload Credit (IWC) valuation may vary and the course salary will be adjusted accordingly. Compensation for Summer Session courses may vary from courses taught during the academic year (see Summer Session Faculty and Lecturer Pay ).

Appointments are contingent on the hiring unit's instructional need and the availability of funding. This recruitment is valid for initial appointments made in spring quarter 2026 through spring quarter 2027. Initial appointments with effective dates outside of this recruitment period will require an alternative open recruitment.

Position Description Stevenson College at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) invites applications for an ongoing pool of lecturers who may be appointed to teach Stevenson's non-core/enhancement courses (which does not include the Stevenson College 1 core course). Stevenson's enhancement courses explore the concept of Self and Society and emphasizes the goals of both self-understanding and active participation in one's community. Some of the enhancement courses that are more frequently offered are Stevenson 26

• Stevenson Alumni Careers in Law , and Stevenson 50B

B.A./B.S.
