Required qualifications include a discipline-related master's degree or a master's degree and at least 18 graduate hours in the discipline or a closely related discipline. A successful candidate must articulate a Christian worldview within the discipline and teaching practices and fully support the University's mission. Indicators of this support include a demonstrated personal faith in Jesus Christ and being active in a local church.
