Job Description

Job Summary Elite Learning is seeking caring and dependable After School Teachers to support our licensed Out-of-School Time (OST) program in Arkansas. Teachers play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment while implementing program activities and supporting student growth. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, are reliable, and want to be part of a positive school-based program. This position is based at the Lisa Academy campus in Rogers/Bentonville region and begins with the start of the school year in August. After-School Hours Monday•

PM Part-Time Key Responsibilities:
Create a Safe & Positive Environment Supervise and ensure the safety of all children at all times Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Follow all Arkansas OST licensing safety and supervision standards Implement Activities & Curriculum Lead and assist with structured academic and enrichment activities Support student learning through engaging, age-appropriate programming Adapt activities to meet different developmental needs Active Supervision & Engagement Actively engage with children during all activities Support positive behavior and redirect when necessary Maintain appropriate supervision at all times (no unsupervised groups) Communication & Teamwork Communicate professionally with coworkers, site leadership, and school staff Share concerns or incidents with Site Supervisor or Director Support a collaborative team environment Professional Conduct Serve as a positive role model for children Follow all facility policies and Arkansas licensing requirements Participate in required training and professional development Requirements (Per Arkansas OST Licensing) Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required (or currently enrolled and completing within 1 year if applicable) Must pass criminal background check and fingerprinting CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain Must be able to perform job duties in a childcare environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in childcare, after-school programs, camps, or youth development Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage groups of children in a structured setting Basic technology skills (attendance, communication tools, etc.) Physical Requirements Ability to actively supervise children indoors and outdoors Ability to stand, walk, and engage for extended periods Occasional lifting of program materials and supplies
